Responsibilities and Qualifications

The eCommerce Coordinator is at the core of how Bonobos operates and our reinvention of how customers shop. This role will be responsible for product creation on our eCommerce website, ensuring accurate product information and a smooth shopping experience for our users.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and own product listings on the Bonobos’ ecommerce website, ensuring that product listings, images and descriptions are accurate, up-to-date and presented in a brand-appropriate and engaging way
  • Assist eCommerce Manager in updating PDP content to support product education, promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Analyze website metrics to identify areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance site performance, conversion rates and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory levels on the website, monitoring stock availability, product categorization and ensuring accurate product information
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer inquiries related to website functionalities, order status and general queries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
  • Manage relationship with key 3rd party vendors, like our product reviews partner, finding ways to maximize the value of those services
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to website updates, operational processes and standard operating procedures
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in eCommerce site operations, suggesting innovative solutions and improvements to enhance overall efficiency

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • A positive “all-hands-on-deck” attitude and willingness to get the job done
  • A Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Proficient in Excel
  • A positive attitude and proven experience collaboratively with team members to achieve deliverables
  • Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to be self-sufficient and work independently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task between projects and aggressive deadlines

Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.

Pay Range

$64,400 - $88,000
